- Team Member: As a team member at Taco Bell you will be tasked with first and foremost upholding the procedures and protocol of Taco Bell and Yum Brand standards. Further, you will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service and ethics, a commitment to quality, and a firm drive to work hard and be successful. Team members are responsible for creating, preparing, and delivering great tasting food to customers both behind the counter, through the drive thru, and at restaurants that offer tableside delivery. Team members may be tasked with other responsibilities as needed throughout the restaurant.
- Shift Lead: A shift lead is someone who works closely with management but is not tasked with supervisory duties. A shift lead is something of an encouraging role as you will be required to promote and ensure quality customer service is rendered throughout the day by every team member. A shift lead may also help train new employees.
- Assistant Manager: As an assistant manager, you will go beyond the basic protocol and procedures of the store and will be the utmost supportive role in the life of the general manager. At this level, you may be asked to help with training new team members, performing day to day operations and supervising shifts. You may also be in this position as a stepping stone to becoming a general manager, so working hard and paying close attention to the work at hand is important here.
- Restaurant General Manager: The general manager is the heart of the Taco Bell experience. At this level you are responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant, supervising team members, hiring and termination procedures, and ensuring that quality customer service is a priority. At this level you may also be responsible for finances, operations, setting goals and implementing policies and procedures for team members.
